Joseph A. Robb and Associates was founded in 1977 by Joseph A. Robb of Durham, North Carolina and Richard J. Sniffen of Wilmington, North Carolina. Emphasizing service, quality and turn-around time, the firm has performed thousands of residential appraisal assignments for lenders and clients in Southeastern North Carolina for over thirty years. Most appraisers are FHA approved.

The firm also provides appraisal and consulting services for real estate in litigation, such as developable land, residential and/or commercial properties for attorneys, accountants, contractors, developers, financial institutions, insurance companies, investors, other large and small businesses, and local, state and federal government agencies.
